How to Build a Daily Study Routine That You Can Actually Follow
A sustainable study routine is built around consistency, not a perfect schedule that lasts two days.

A useful daily study routine begins with a small number of clear priorities. Choose one or two important academic tasks rather than creating a list so large that it becomes discouraging. Use focused sessions for difficult subjects and shorter review sessions for revision. Include both learning and practice: reading a concept and solving questions require different types of effort. Keep a short end-of-day review to identify what was completed and what needs to move to tomorrow. Protect sleep, meals, and breaks instead of treating them as wasted time. The best routine is one you can repeat across ordinary school days, not only during exam season.
Create a calmer, more consistent learning system.
