Because some of our resources are intended for students who may be under 18 years of age, a parent or lawful guardian may need to provide consent or assist with purchases, account access, or other activities where required by applicable law.
If you are under 18, you should use the Services with the knowledge and involvement of your parent or lawful guardian.
Where a student is a child under applicable law, the parent or lawful guardian is responsible for supervising the child's use of the Services where appropriate.
Where legally required, Inquisitive Mind may request or implement a mechanism for obtaining and verifying parental or guardian consent before processing a child's personal data.
We do not knowingly use children's personal data for targeted advertising or behavioural tracking where prohibited by applicable law.
All notes, written material, illustrations, graphics, videos, website content, designs, branding and other resources made available through Inquisitive Mind are provided for educational purposes.
Educational resources are intended to support learning and revision. They are not a guarantee of:
Students remain responsible for their own study, preparation and examination requirements.
Most products offered through Inquisitive Mind are digital educational resources.
Once a purchase is completed and the applicable entitlement is granted, the purchased material may become available through the student's Library/dashboard.

Purchased and successfully verified resources may appear in the student's Library.
The Library represents resources to which the student is entitled to access.
Purchasing an item does not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property. It grants a limited, personal right to access and use the purchased educational resource for personal educational purposes.
Inquisitive Mind may use an email-based, passwordless access system.
You may be required to provide your email address to access your student dashboard.

Each successful purchase is assigned a customer-facing order number.
Order numbers may follow a format such as:

Order numbers are used to identify purchases in communications, order history, payment verification and support interactions.
The internal database identifier of an order is separate from the customer-facing order number.
Payments may be facilitated using the payment methods made available by Inquisitive Mind, including UPI-based payment instructions.
Where manual payment verification is used:
A failed transaction is not the same as a rejected payment proof.
Orders may have different payment states, including:
A payment marked as failed means the transaction did not successfully go through.
A payment marked as rejected generally means payment proof or a submitted payment claim was reviewed and could not be verified.
Where coupons are available, they may be subject to:
Inquisitive Mind may cancel or refuse a coupon where it has been obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions.
If a valid coupon reduces the final payable amount to ₹0, payment may not be required and the order may be completed according to the applicable purchase rules.
Because the Services primarily consist of digital educational resources, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the purchased digital material has been granted.
However, Inquisitive Mind may consider exceptional cases at its discretion, including situations such as:

Inquisitive Mind does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party embedded content.
You must not use the Services to:
