We do not intend to collect your UPI PIN, bank password, card PIN or other authentication credentials.

Never send your UPI PIN, OTP, banking password or similar secret credentials to Inquisitive Mind.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent.

Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide certain Services where the relevant processing is necessary for those Services.

Withdrawal does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

5. Children and Students Under 18

This section is particularly important for Inquisitive Mind because our Services are intended for students, including Classes 9 and 10.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian before processing a child's personal data.

We will not knowingly use children's personal data for:

  • Behavioural monitoring of children
  • Tracking children

except where an applicable statutory or regulatory exception permits such processing.

We also aim to keep the student experience educational rather than advertising-driven.

7. Payment Information

For UPI-based payments, we may display a UPI ID or QR code for payment.

The QR code may be generated from the payment information configured by Inquisitive Mind.

We may receive or process payment-related information such as:

  • Proof submitted by the customer
  • Verification result

We do not request:

  • UPI PIN
  • OTP
  • Bank login password
  • Card PIN
  • Banking password

If you receive a request for such information claiming to be from Inquisitive Mind, do not provide it.

8. Payment Proof

If manual payment verification is used, you may be asked to submit payment proof.

This may include a screenshot or document showing relevant transaction information.

Payment proof is used only for purposes such as:

  • Verifying the transaction
  • Resolving payment disputes
  • Associating a payment with an order
  • Preventing payment fraud
  • Maintaining transaction records

We recommend that you avoid uploading unrelated sensitive personal information.

9. Who We Share Personal Data With

We do not sell your personal data.
