For CBSE Classes 9 and 10, NCERT textbooks can form an important part of your preparation. Read chapters with questions in mind: What is the central concept? Which definitions matter? What examples explain the idea? Which diagrams or activities help you understand it? Solve the in-text and exercise questions rather than only reading their solutions. For Science, pay attention to diagrams, examples, experiments, and terminology. For Maths, practise the problems yourself and mark questions where your method breaks down. Use additional notes as a tool for simplifying and revising concepts, not as a replacement for understanding the textbook material.
