Spaced Revision: How to Remember What You Study
Good revision is not only about how long you study. It is also about when you return to a topic.

Spaced revision means revisiting a topic across multiple study sessions instead of trying to learn everything in one long session. After learning a chapter, review it briefly the next day, test yourself again after a few days, and return to it later in the month. The exact schedule can be adjusted around your school timetable and exam dates. The important part is that each revision session should involve retrieval rather than passive reading. Use questions, formulas, diagrams, summaries, and examples to test yourself. For Classes 9 and 10, a simple weekly revision block can prevent older chapters from disappearing from memory while you move on to new topics.
Use structured notes to make spaced revision easier.
